We quickly understood that a professional must be brought on board that had expertise not only in moving logistics but also in layout design, products and other textiles to ensure we optimized our space as well as possible. Bevan Consulting was commissioned to manage this project and lead a team of people which included outside contractors as well as Flynn personnel.

They conducted an extensive audit of all our existing furniture to determine where and how it could be best used in the new location. They obtained quotes for new furniture and worked closely with architects and designers to outfit each area of the building with the most suitable furniture arrangements.  They were sensitive to the practical and aesthetic details which made our space both functional and visually pleasing.

Their professionalism, attention to detail and work ethic was incomparable. The move was staggered over many weekends and demanded acute organization and interpersonal skills. Bevan Consulting appointed our new office space with minimal disruption to our work.
